SSG Steven Ochs, U.S. Army, 32 Years Old
Lost His Life to AML Lukemia due to Burn Pit Exposures on July 12, 2008. Leaves behind a loving daughter, parents, and siblings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 




SSG Danielle Nienajadlo, U.S. Army,  died of stage 4 AML Leukemia due to burn pit exposures. She passed away March 20, 2009 at 3:30 a.m. She left 3 sons behind; Isaiah, Ian, and Titan to include her husband Jamie.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


Major Kevin E. Wilkins, U.S. Air Force, 51 Years Old Lost his life to burn pit exposures on April 1, 2008. Major Wilkins left behind his beautiful wife Jill Wilkins, and three beautiful children.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 







CPL Nicholas James Wrobel, USMC OIF 2006-2007                 DOB: 4/10/85; Deceased 9/06/09. Daily exposure 
to the burn pits in Barwana, Al Anbar Province, Iraq.           
Lost his life due to respiratory and cardiac failure. 










 

SGT. Billy Mc Kenna, U.S. Army, lost his life to stage
stage 4 lymphoma from exposure to Burn Pits in Iraq.  
He leaves behind his wife, Dina McKenna and two

TSGT. Jessica Sweet, U.S. Air Force, lost her life to acute myelogeneous leukemia at the age of 30.

SGT. Amanda Downing, U.S. Army, lost her life to Adrenal Cancer at the age of 24. She leaves behind her husband, parents, brother, and many family members. SGT. Downing passed away 1/22/2011.
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
SSG. Matthew Bumpus, U.S.Army, lost his life to AML at the age of 31.

SGT. Kevin Wallace, U.S. Army, passed away 8/3/2012 from a brain tumor. He leaves behind his wife, Kelly and family.
 
 
 
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
COL. David McCracken, U.S. Army, passed away on September 2, 2011 at the age of 46 from brain cancer called Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). He leaves behind his wife Tammy and loving children.
 
 
 









SGT  Brandon Matic, USMC, passed away on May 24, 2013 at the age of 26 from esophageal cancer.  He leaves behind his wife Maria and young daughter Eva.














SFC (Ret) Frederick T Slape, U.S. Army, passed away Oct 22, 2015, at the age of 42 from Stage IV Metastatic Adenocarcinoma, due to Burn Pit Exposures at FOB Ramrod & FOB Andar. He leaves behind his wife, Diane, daughter Montana, and sons, Robert & Zach, as well many soldiers who respected him enough to call him, Papa Slape.
